职业可持续视角下个体零工的政府支持体系建设研究

摘　　要：伴随数字技术与就业模式的深度融合,新型零工经济展现出“就业蓄水池”的潜力图景,但目前零工工作的现实状况无法支撑起个体的长期就业需求。当前学术界大多关注于解决零工群体面临的即时问题,但缺乏对于零工群体的未来发展前景的探讨研究。因此,本研究引入职业可持续概念,探究支撑零工个体未来可持续发展的实现路径。首先,界定了零工职业可持续发展的概念与具体内容;其次,聚焦零工群体现有工作、生活背景,探究零工群体实现职业可持续的现实困境;最后基于职业可持续视角,探讨政府层面对于零工职业可持续的支持体系,为零工个体实现职业可持续发展支持提供策略依据。With the deep integration of digital technology and employment pattern,the new gig economy shows the potential picture of "employment reservoir",but the current reality of gig work cannot support the long-term employment demand of individuals.At present,most of the academic scholars pay attention to solving the immediate problems faced by the gig workers,but there is a lack of research on the future development prospect of the group.Therefore,this study introduces the concept of career sustainability to explore the ways to support the sustainable development of gig workers in the future.First of all,this paper defines the concept and specific content of the career sustainability of gig work;secondly,it focuses on the existing background of gig workers,and explores the realistic predicament of realizing career sustainability of gig workers;finally,based on the perspective of career sustainability,this paper discusses the government support system for gig work’s career sustainability,so as to provide strategic basis for individuals to achieve career sustainable development.
