摘  要:晚期糖基化终末产物(Advanced Glycosylation End Products,AGEs)是动物体内的还原糖与蛋白质或脂质发生不可逆反应形成的一种共价加成物,它是非酶糖基化的最终产物。AGEs与糖脂代谢紊乱相关。AGEs可直接或通过AGEs-AGEs受体(Receptors For Advanced Glycation End Products,RAGE)等通路引发细胞损伤。近年来,AGEs对生育力的影响受到关注。AGEs可影响卵泡生长、卵母细胞质量、胚胎发育及着床,并对子代发育产生不良影响。通过减少AGEs摄入及阻断AGEs-RAGE结合可有效降低AGEs的负面作用。本文概述了AGEs的产生及作用途径,着重阐述了其对雌性繁殖性能的影响,揭示了抑制AGEs作用的治疗策略,以期为改善雌性繁殖性能提供新方法。Advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs)are covalent adducts formed by irreversible reactions of reducing sugars with proteins or lipids in animals,which are the end products of non-enzymatic glycosylation.AGEs are associated with disorders of glucolipid metabolism.Evidence has shown that AGEs would result in cell damage by disrupting protein function directly or through pathways like AGEs-RAGE(receptors for advanced glycation end products)pathway.Growing studies have focused on its effects on female fertility in recent years.It has been pointed out that AGEs can adversely affect follicle growth,oocyte quality as well as embryo development and implantation.In addition,AGEs would cause abnormalities in offspring development.Limiting AGEs intake and reducing AGEs-RAGE binding can effectively attenuate the negative effects of AGEs.In this paper,the formation and action pathway of AGEs were summarized.Moreover,the effects of AGEs on female fertility were mainly discussed,and the therapies for inhibiting AGEs action were proposed in order to provide new ways for improving female fertility.
