摘  要:蒙脱石是一种层状硅酸盐黏土,对细菌、重金属、霉菌毒素和细菌毒素等具有良好的吸附作用,且可修复和保护肠道黏膜。蒙脱石对病原体应激下的动物肠道屏障具有显著保护作用,饲粮添加蒙脱石能改善动物肠黏膜形态、促进肠上皮细胞紧密连接蛋白和黏蛋白表达、优化肠道菌群结构、调节肠黏膜免疫功能,是一种颇具潜力的动物肠道健康调节剂。本文综述了蒙脱石对动物肠道健康影响的研究进展,总结了蒙脱石调控动物肠道屏障功能的可能机制,以期为动物肠道健康营养调控提供参考。Montmorillonite,a kind of aluminosilicate mineral,has laminated crystal structure.It has multiple bio-functions,such as adsorbing of bacteria,heavy metals,mycotoxins,and bacteriotoxin,and repairing and protecting the intestinal tract mucosa.It is reported that montmorillonite has a significant protective effect on the intestinal barrier of animal under pathogen stress.Moreover,dietary supplementation with montmorillonite can improve the gut morphology of animal,up-regulate the expression of tight junction proteins and mucoproteins of intestinal epithelial cells,optimize the intestinal microbial community,and regulate the immune function of intestinal mucosa.Therefore,montmorillonite can serve as a promising intestinal health regulator of animal.This paper reviewed the research progress on the effect of montmorillonite on animal intestinal health and summarized the possible mechanisms by which montmorillonite regulates animal intestinal barrier function,in order to provide reference for the nutritional regulation of animal intestinal health.
