摘 要:奶牛对日粮氮利用率低造成了饲料成本增加、环境压力增大,提高奶牛氮利用率是目前实现精准饲喂、解决氮减排的有效方法。本文对日粮蛋白水平周期性波动在奶牛上的应用进行总结,以期为提高奶牛氮利用效率、实现精准饲养,节约奶牛饲料成本和减少饲养过程中的氮素排放提供新的思路。Green and sustainable development has become the development direction of the world dairy industry.Dairy cows have low utilization rate of dietary nitrogen,resulting in many problems including the increase of feed cost,environmental pressure,etc.Improving the nitrogen utilization rate of dairy cows was an effective method to achieve accurate feeding and solve nitrogen emission reduction.The study on the oscillating crude protein concentration diet has become a new way to improve the nitrogen utilization rate of dairy cows.This paper summarizes the application of periodic fluctuation of dietary protein level in dairy cows,in order to provide new ideas for improving nitrogen utilization efficiency of dairy cows,realizing precision feeding,saving feed cost of dairy cows and reducing nitrogen emission in the feeding process.
