解毒养血汤内服药浴治疗银屑病血燥证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒养血汤内服药浴治疗银屑病血燥证的疗效。方法:105例随机数字表法分为对照组52例和观察组53例,对照组用解毒养血汤口服治疗,观察组用解毒养血汤口服联合药浴治疗。结果:两组治疗2个月后皮损面积、严重程度指数评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗2个月后瘙痒、鳞屑、皮肤干燥、口咽干燥积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组均未出现影响治疗的不良反应。结论:解毒养血汤内服药浴治疗银屑病血燥证可更有效控制证候,减轻病情,提升疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiedu Yangxue Decoction with orally adminstration and medicinal bath in the treatment of psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome. Methods: 105 cases were randomly divided into control group of 52 cases and observation group of 53 cases. The control group were treated with Jiedu Yangxue Decoction orally, and the observation group were treated with Jiedu Yangxue Decoction and medicated bath. Results: After 2 months of treatment, the skin lesion area and severity index scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the scores of itching, scaling, dry skin, and dryness of the oropharynx in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions affecting the treatment in the observation group and the control group. Conclusion: The internal medicine bath of Jiedu Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome could control the syndrome more effectively, alleviate the disease, improve the curative effect,with safety.
