刮疗法治疗颈部软组织损伤疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察刮疗法治疗颈部软组织损伤疼痛的效果。方法:70例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以刮疗法治疗,对照组用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外涂。结果:治疗后彩超检查治疗组较对照组阳性检出数少。VAS记分治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:刮疗法治疗颈部软组织损伤效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of scraping therapy on the pain of cervical soft tissue injury.Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with scraping therapy,while the control group were treated with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion.Results:After treatment,the number of positive detection in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scraping therapy is effective in treating neck soft tissue injury.
