摘  要:本试验通过在中速型黄羽肉鸡上测定构树芽的代谢能值和养分利用率,旨在评定构树芽在中速型黄羽肉鸡上的营养价值。选用60日龄、体重为(1.84±0.48)kg的健康雄性中速型黄羽肉鸡(黄花公鸡)33只,随机分为3组,每组11个重复,每个重复1只鸡。其中,A组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;B组为试验组,饲喂待测饲粮(构树芽替代基础饲粮中部分玉米、豆粕和油脂,替代比例为20%);C组为饥饿内源组。试验为期10 d。采用全收粪法和套算法测定能量代谢指标及养分利用率。结果显示:中速型黄羽肉鸡对构树芽的表观代谢能、真代谢能、氮校正表观代谢能、氮校正真代谢能分别为9.55、10.22、9.33和9.96 MJ/kg,总能代谢率、氮利用率、表观氮沉积率和真氮沉积率分别为44.08%、70.80%、0.64%和0.75%;粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙、磷表观利用率分别为70.96%、84.53%、35.58%、59.45%和78.21%,真利用率分别为110.32%、87.91%、26.23%、59.85%和108.17%。由此可知,根据构树芽的有效能量及蛋白质水平,可在中速型黄羽肉鸡饲粮中合理搭配使用。The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate the metabolizable energy values and nutrient availability of Broussonetia papyrifera sprouts in mid-speed yellow broilers,in order to evaluate the nutritional value of Broussonetia papyrifera sprouts for mid-speed yellow broilers.Thirty-three 60-day-old healthy male mid-speed yellow broilers(Huanghua female broilers)weighing(1.84±0.48)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 11 replicates per group and 1 bird per replicate.Broilers in group A(control group)were fed a basal diet,those in group B(test group)were fed a test diet(part of corn,soybean meal and oil in the basal diet were replaced by Broussonetia papyrifera sprouts,and the replacement proportion was 20%),group C was starvation endogenous group.The test lasted for 10 days.Energy metabolism indices and nutrient availability were measured by total excreta collection method and difference method.The results showed that the apparent metabolizable energy,true metabolizable energy,nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy and nitrogen corrected true metabolizable energy of Broussonetia papyrifera sprouts in mid-speed yellow broilers were 9.55,10.22,9.33 and 9.96 MJ/kg,respectively,and the total energy metabolic rate,nitrogen utilization rate,apparent nitrogen deposition and true nitrogen deposition were 44.08%,70.80%,0.64%and 0.75%,respectively;the apparent availability of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,calcium and phosphorus were 70.96%,84.53%,35.58%,59.45%and 78.21%,respectively;and the true availability of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,calcium and phosphorus were 110.32%,87.91%,26.23%,59.85%and 108.17%,respectively.The results show that Broussonetia papyrifera sprouts can be reasonably used in the diet of mid-speed yellow broilers according to the available energy and protein level.
