摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素E添加水平对蛋种鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质及抗氧化性能的影响,为维生素E在蛋鸭饲粮中的合理应用提供参考依据。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选择健康、体重接近的120日龄福建龙岩麻鸭504只,随机分为6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只。各组饲粮维生素E添加水平为0(对照)、12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0和200.0 mg/kg。试验期24周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮维生素E添加水平为12.5 mg/kg时,产蛋率和日产蛋重显著升高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮维生素E添加水平为100.0和200.0 mg/kg时,蛋黄丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮维生素E添加水平为12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0和200.0 mg/kg时,血浆和肝脏MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮维生素E添加水平为100.0和200.0 mg/kg时,肝脏核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加维生素E可降低蛋种鸭机体脂质过氧化水平,饲粮维生素E添加水平为12.5 mg/kg时可获得最好的产蛋率、日产蛋重及料蛋比,更高的维生素E添加水平对产蛋性能没有显著的改善作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin e supplemental level on laying performance,egg quality and antioxidant performance of breeding laying ducks,to provide reference for the rational application of vitamin E in the diet of laying ducks.A single factor completely randomized experimental design was adopted,a total of 504 healthy 120-day-old Fujian Longyan ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 14 ducks in each replicate.The dietary vitamin E supplemental levels in each group were 0(control),12.5,25.0,50.0,100.0 and 200.0 mg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted for 24 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the laying rate and daily egg weight were significantly increased when dietary vitamin E supplemental level was 12.5 mg/kg(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the yolk malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased when dietary vitamin E supplemental level were 100.0 and 200.0 mg/kg(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the plasma and liver MDA content was significantly decreased when dietary vitamin E supplemental level were 12.5,25.0,50.0,100.0 and 200.0 mg/kg(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the liver nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)mRNA relative expression level was significantly decreased when dietary vitamin E supplemental level were 100.0 and 200.0 mg/kg(P<0.05).In summary,dietary vitamin E supplementation can decrease the body lipid peroxidation level of breeding laying ducks,it gets the best laying rate,daily egg weight and feed to egg ratio when dietary vitamin E supplemental level is 12.5 mg/kg,and the higher vitamin E supplemental levels have no significantly improving effect on laying performance.
