摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平核黄素对1~21日龄马冈鹅生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及肠道发育的影响。选取体重相近、健康的1日龄马冈鹅公鹅720只,随机分成6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂不添加核黄素的玉米-大麦-豆粕型基础饲粮(核黄素含量为2.48 mg/kg),5个试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加2.6、5.2、10.4、20.8、41.6 mg/kg核黄素。试验期为21 d。结果显示:1)饲粮核黄素添加水平对1~21日龄马冈鹅终末均重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)饲粮核黄素添加水平对21日龄马冈鹅血清核黄素、白蛋白、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇含量以及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05);10.4和20.8 mg/kg核黄素组血清甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组血清总蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮核黄素添加水平对21日龄马冈鹅血清总抗氧化能力、丙二醛含量、总超氧化物歧化酶与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)饲粮核黄素添加水平对21日龄马冈鹅各肠道相对长度,空肠、直肠、盲肠相对重量及十二指肠隐窝深度、空肠绒毛高度、回肠形态结构均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加20.8和41.6 mg/kg核黄素显著降低了十二指肠、回肠和总肠道相对重量(P<0.05),并显著提高了十二指肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);20.8 mg/kg核黄素组空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加核黄素对1~21日龄马冈鹅生长性能和抗氧化能力无显著影响,但可改善21日龄马冈鹅肠道形态结构。因此,考虑生长性能的前提下,推荐1~21日龄马冈鹅饲粮核黄素含量不低于2.48 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different supplemental levels of riboflavin on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and intestinal development of Magang geese during 1 to 21 days of age.A total of 720 healthy 1-day-old Magang gander geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate.Geese in the control group were fed a corn-barley-soybean meal basal diet(riboflavin content was 2.48 mg/kg)without adding riboflavin,and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.6,5.2,10.4,20.8 and 41.6 mg/kg riboflavin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary riboflavin supplemental level had no significant effects on average final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed/gain ratio of Magang geese during 1 to 21 days of age(P>0.05).2)Dietary riboflavin supplemental level had no significant effects on the contents of riboflavin,albumin,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and the activities of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase in serum of Magang geese at 21 days of age(P>0.05).The serum triglyceride content in 10.4 and 20.8 mg/kg riboflavin groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum total protein content in all experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).3)Dietary riboflavin supplemental level had no significant differences in the serum total antioxidant capacity,malondialdehyde content,total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities of Magang geese at 21 days of age(P>0.05).4)Dietary riboflavin supplemental level had no significant effects on the relative length of each intestinal tract,the relative weight of jejunum,rectum and cecum,the crypt depth of duodenum,the villus height of jejunum and the intestinal morphology of ileum of Magang geese at 21 d
