摘  要:本试验旨在探究不同添加量的5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)对哺乳犊牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、抗氧化能力及红细胞功能的影响,从而筛选出5-HMF的适宜添加量。采用完全随机试验设计,将60头初生重相近的健康中国荷斯坦奶牛哺乳犊牛随机分为4组,每组15头。4组哺乳犊牛牛乳中5-HMF产品(5-HMF含量为10%)的添加量分别为0(5-HMF0组)、1(5-HMF1组)、2(5-HMF2组)、3 g/(d·头)(5-HMF3组),即5-HMF的添加量分别为0、100、200、300 mg/(d·头)。试验期56 d。结果显示:1)添加5-HMF对犊牛56日龄体重和平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),但随5-HMF添加量的增加,犊牛的平均日增重呈现二次曲线升高(P=0.02),料重比呈现二次曲线降低(P=0.04)。2)与5-HMF0组相比,5-HMF2组犊牛全期血清总蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),5-HMF2组56日龄犊牛血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),5-HMF2组犊牛全期血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与5-HMF0组相比,5-HMF2组56日龄犊牛血清总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05),5-HMF2组28日龄犊牛及全期血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);5-HMF0组28日龄犊牛及全期血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著低于其他3组(P<0.05)。4)与5-HMF0组相比,5-HMF1组和5-HMF2组犊牛全期血清促红细胞生成素含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上可知,通过牛乳添加5-HMF虽然对哺乳犊牛的平均日采食量影响不大,但可以提高平均日增重和饲料效率,同时还能提高机体的抗氧化和免疫能力。在本试验条件下,哺乳犊牛5-HMF的适宜添加量为200 mg/(d·头)。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of different additive amounts of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,antioxidant capacity and erythrocyte function of sucking calves,so as to select the appropriate additive amount of 5-HMF.Sixty healthy Chinese Holstein sucking calves with similar birth weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 calves in each group.The additive amount of 5-HMF product(5-HMF content was 10%)in milk of 4 groups was 0(5-HMF0 group),1(5-HMF1 group),2(5-HMF2 group)and 3 g/(d·head)(5-HMF3 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)the addition of 5-HMF had no significant effect on the body weight of the calves at 56 days of age(P>0.05),but with the increase of 5-HMF additive amount,the average daily gain of calves showed a quadratic curve increase(P=0.02),and the feed/gain showed a quadratic curve decrease(P=0.04).2)Compared with the 5-HMF0 group,the serum total protein content of calves at whole period in the 5-HMF2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum urea nitrogen content of calves at 56 days of age in the 5-HMF2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin G content of calves at whole period in the 5-HMF2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the 5-HMF0 group,the serum total antioxidant capacity of calves at 56 days of age in the 5-HMF2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content of calves at 28 days of age and whole period was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activities of serum glutathione peroxidase and catalase of calves at 28 days of age and whole period in 5-HMF0 group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).4)Compared with the 5-HMF0 group,the serum erythropoietin content of calves at whole period in 5-HMF1 and 5-HMF2 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,although the addition of 5-HMF to milk has little effect on average
