摘 要:本试验旨在研究热应激条件下,单彩钢屋顶外铺反光膜对育肥羔羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液理化指标的变化。选取(120±20)日龄、体重(35.79±1.39)kg的杂交育肥公羔468只,随机分到结构相同的2栋棚舍,其中一栋棚舍单彩钢屋顶外铺反光膜(铺膜舍),另一栋为对照舍(没有铺反光膜),每栋舍设3个羊栏,每个羊栏为1个重复,每个重复78只羊。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)铺膜舍较对照舍日平均温度降低0.53℃,在09:00—12:00期间,铺膜舍温度较对照舍降低1.10~1.33℃,且每天羔羊处于重度热应激的时间减少了2 h。2)铺膜舍羔羊的平均日增重较对照舍显著提高了10.97%(P<0.05),但2组间平均日采食量和料重比未表现出显著差异(P>0.05);与对照舍相比,铺膜舍羔羊粗脂肪表观消化率显著提高了18.90%(P<0.05)。3)铺膜舍羔羊全血中红细胞和淋巴细胞数量显著低于对照舍(P<0.01),分别降低了7.51%和33.73%,全血白细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞数量较对照舍显著降低(P<0.05)。另外,铺膜舍羔羊血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量较对照舍显著提高了16.36%(P<0.05),而血清皮质醇和葡萄糖含量分别显著降低了18.24%和9.88%(P<0.05)。综上所述,反光膜可有效降低羊舍环境温度,缓解育肥羔羊的热应激。The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of reflective film on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and blood physical and chemical parameters in fattening lambs under heat stress.A total of 468 male lambs with(120±20)days and(35.79±1.39)kg weight were randomly assigned to two similar sheds,one of which was reformed by pasting a reflective film on single-color steel roof(film shed),and the other was not reformed as a control(without film).Each shed was provided with three pens,one repetition for each sheep pen,and 78 sheep for each repetition.The total experimental period was 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the daily average temperature(Ta)in the film shed decreased by 0.53℃,during 09:00 to 12:00,the Ta in film shed decreased by 1.10 to 1.33℃compared with the control shed,and the time for lambs under severe heat stress was reduced by 2 h every day.2)The average daily gain in lambs in film shed significantly increased by 10.97%(P<0.05)compared with the control shed.However,there was no significant difference in average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio(P>0.05).The ether extract apparent digestibility was 18.90%,and higher than that in the control shed(P<0.05).3)The film shed improved the blood physiological characteristics of lambs.The number of red blood cells and lymphocytes in whole blood was lower than that in control shed(P<0.01),decreased by 7.51%and 33.73%,respectively,and the number of white blood cells,monocytes and neutrophils significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum triiodothyronine content in film shed increased by 16.36%compared with control shed(P<0.05),while serum cortisol and glucose contents decreased by 18.24%and 9.88%,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,reflective film can effectively reduce indoor Ta of shed and alleviate heat stress of fattening lambs.
