摘 要:本试验旨在研究载锌凹凸棒石(Zn-Pal)对犬免疫、抗氧化和抗运输应激能力的影响。将20只10月龄健康比格犬随机分成4组,分别饲喂基础饲粮+ZnSO 4(锌添加水平为80 mg/kg,对照组)、基础饲粮+1.71 g/kg Zn-Pal(锌添加水平为40 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-40组)、基础饲粮+2.55 g/kg Zn-Pal(锌添加水平为60 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-60组)、基础饲粮+3.42 g/kg Zn-Pal(锌添加水平为80 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-80组),每组5只。预试期7 d,正试期30 d。在饲养试验结束时,将试验犬圈于犬笼中,以约60 km/h的速度运输2 h。测定运输前和运输后试验犬血清中免疫、抗氧化相关指标和急性期反应物含量。结果显示:运输应激前,与对照组相比,Zn-Pal-60组和Zn-Pal-80组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著提高(P<0.05),Zn-Pal-80组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05);Zn-Pal-80组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),Zn-Pal-60组和Zn-Pal-80组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量降低(P>0.05);Zn-Pal-60组和Zn-Pal-80组血清皮质醇含量降低(P>0.05)。运输应激后,与对照组相比,Zn-Pal-80组血清T-SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);Zn-Pal-60组血清T-SOD活性和MDA含量分别升高和降低(P>0.05);Zn-Pal-60组和Zn-Pal-80组血清皮质醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),Zn-Pal-80组血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可知,Zn-Pal可以提高犬的免疫和抗氧化能力,缓解犬的运输应激反应。The study was conducted to explore the effects of zinc-bearing palygorskite(Zn-Pal)on serum immunity,antioxidant capability and resistance to transport stress of dogs.Twenty 10-month-old Beagle dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 dogs in each group.They were fed the basal diet+ZnSO 4(zinc supplemental level was 80 mg/kg,control group),basal diet+1.71 g/kg Zn-Pal(zinc supplemental level was 40 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-40 group),basal diet+2.55 g/kg Zn-Pal(zinc supplemental level was 60 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-60 group)and basal diet+3.42 g/kg Zn-Pal(zinc supplemental level was 80 mg/kg,Zn-Pal-80 group),respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days,and the formal trial period was 30 days.At the end of the feeding test,dogs were caged and transported at a speed of about 60 km/h for 2 h.Serum immune,antioxidant-related indexes and acute phase reaction biomarker contents of dogs before and after transportation were determined.The results showed that,before transport stress,the serum interleukin-6(IL-6)content in Zn-Pal-60 and Zn-Pal-80 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in Zn-Pal-80 group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in Zn-Pal-80 group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in Zn-Pal-60 and Zn-Pal-80 groups was decreased compared with control group(P>0.05);the serum cortisol content in Zn-Pal-60 and Zn-Pal-80 groups was decreased compared with control group(P>0.05).After transport stress,the serum T-SOD activity in Zn-Pal-80 group increased significantly and the serum MDA content decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05);the serum T-SOD activity and MDA content was increased and decreased compared with control group,respectively(P>0.05);the serum cortisol content in Zn-Pal-60 and Zn-Pal-80 groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and
