大黄与芒硝外敷联合红外线照射对胫腓骨骨折肢体肿胀患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨大黄与芒硝外敷联合红外线照射在胫腓骨骨折肢体肿胀患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月医院收治的胫腓骨骨折肢体肿胀患者84例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予大黄与芒硝外敷联合红外线照射护理,5 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肢体周径、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、肢体肿胀改善情况、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果大黄与芒硝外敷联合红外线照射护理干预后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肢体周径小于对照组,VAS评分及肢体肿胀评分低于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、抗肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大黄与芒硝外敷联合红外线照射治疗胫腓骨骨折患者,可改善其肢体肿胀程度,缩短肢体周径,缓解疼痛,且联合治疗安全性较高。Objective To explore the application eff ect of rhubarb and mirabilite external application combined with infrared irradiation in patients with limb swelling of tibia and fi bula fractures.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,84 patients with tibiofi bular fracture and limb swelling admitted in the hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given rhubarb and glauber external application combined with infrared irradiation nursing on the basis of the control group,5 days as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,limb circumference,visual pain analogue scale(VAS)score,limb swelling improvement,infl ammatory factors level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After rhubarb and mirabilite external application combined with infrared irradiation nursing intervention,the total eff ective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than the control group,the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the peripheral diameter of the limb was smaller than the control group,the VAS score and limb swelling score were lower than the control group,and the level of C-reactive protein,CRP,anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were lower than the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite combined with infrared irradiation could improve the degree of limb swelling,shorten the circumference of the limb,relieve pain,and the combined treatment is safe.
