摘　　要：教师专业发展的实质是教师个体内在的专业化诉求。以德性为根基构建教师专业道德,有助于摆脱教师专业道德建设的无根性困境,可以推动外在的道德规范在与教师个体自我进行的不断交织互动中获得具体形态和有效结合。教师的德性养成需要依靠善知的学习、形式多样的道德实践和道德主体的自我修养。Teachers’ professional development is the internal need of individual teachers in profession. Virtue based professional ethics construction can help to get rid of its rootless predicament, and promote externally the moral norms to obtain specific forms and effective combination in the continuous interaction with individual teachers’ self. The cultivation of teachers’ virtue depends on the learning of good knowledge, various forms of moral practice and self-cultivation of the moral subjects.
