摘　　要：科学、有效的绩效考评制度能够提升检察机关的执法监督能力,强化其职能,有助于检察业务整体水平的提升。但是,目前我国检察机关所制定的绩效考核制度还存在考评目标缺乏明确定位、考评体系设置需要进一步完善、考评结果难以起到正向反馈作用等方面的问题。应当从宏观原则把控、微观制度建构两个层面入手,遵循全国与地区差异相结合、定量与定性相结合、过程与管理相结合的原则,在明确合理的考评目标基础之上,探索一套符合我国检察机关,充分彰显检察工作特性的,科学、合理、能够起到正向反馈作用的绩效考评机制以解决上述问题。Constructing a scientific, reasonable evaluating or appraising system is of great importance for enhancing the legal supervision of procuratorial organ, improving the law-enforcing and case-solving abilities, and elevating the qualities and levels of all kinds of procuratorial works.Problems that the appraising goal lacks of clear positioning, the establishment of appraising system needs further improvement and the appraising results are difficult to play a positive feedback role and so on, exist in current performance appraising mechanism of procuratorial organ.Aiming at solving the above problems, we should start from the two aspects of macro principle control and micro system construction and follow the principles of combining national and regional differences, the quantitative and qualitative combination, and the process and management combination with the purpose of exploring a set of performance appraising mechanism on the basis of clear and reasonable evaluation goals, which conforms to the procuratorial organs in China, suits the actual work situation of procuratorial organs, fully demonstrates the characteristics of procuratorial work, and plays a scientific, reasonable, positive feedback role.
