摘 要:金属已加工表面表层微观组织结构严重影响工件的性能,采用单因素试验法对TC4钛合金棒材进行车削加工、线切割取样、金相试样制作及显微观察等试验,研究与分析切削用量对表层的影响。研究表明,表层微观组织随进给量变化显著,随切削速度和背吃刀量变化不明显。对金相组织研究发现,进给量增大时表层晶粒被细化拉长,并产生扭曲,晶粒变形深度加深,塑性变形区越来越厚;粗糙度与表层微观组织存在相互关系,在本试验条件下,表层塑性变形越大,粗糙度越大,表层微观组织结构对表面质量产生一定影响。The microtissue structure of the processed surface seriously affects the performance of the workpiece.The single factor test method is used to study and analyze the effect of cutting parameter on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy bar by turning,wire cutting sampling,metallographic sample making,microscopic observation and other tests.The results show that the surface microstructure changes significantly with the feed rate,but the cutting speed and the back cutting depth change insignificantly.The study of surface microstructure shows that the surface grain is refined and elongated with the increase of feed rate,and the deformation depth of grain is deepened,and the plastic deformation zone is thicker.At the same time,the study finds that there is a correlation between roughness and surface microstructure,under the experimental conditions,the greater the plastic deformation of surface layer,the greater the roughness,and the surface microstructure has a certain influence on the surface quality.
