摘　　要：针对机床刀具库对装刀直径的限制,通过合理设计三面刃大直径刀具外型、刀具直径和刀齿数,可以实现大直径刀具的安装及自动换刀,解决了部分机床刀具库对刀具直径的限制,有效扩展了机床加工范围,解决了客户在零件加工时受到的机床制约。In view of the limitation of the tool library for the tool diameter,a large diameter tool with three edges is designed.Through the reasonable design of tool shape and tool diameter,teeth number,the installation and automatic tool change of large diameter tool can be realized.The limitation of tool diameter in some tool libraries is solved,and the machine tool processing range is effectively expanded,and the machine constrainted in parts processing is solved.
