摘  要:以汽轮机上的飞环为研究对象,自制接长中心钻,优化飞环加工工艺。优化前采用普通机床与立式加工中心组合的多工位多次装夹,优化后采用一次装夹的工艺方案,实现了加工工序集中,提高了加工柔性,大大缩短了生产时间,节约了加工成本。利用CTX1250TC车铣复合加工机床的优点,有效提高了工艺系统的刚度,增加了切削用量,并实现了专用铣刀对复杂曲面的高效精加工,加工效率和零件几何精度显著提高。该加工方案可为其它同类型零件的生产制造提供加工技术参考,有一定的推广应用价值。Taking the flying ring on the steam turbine as the research object,a self-made extension center drill to optimize the flying ring processing technology is proposed.Before optimization,the multi station multiple clamping combined with ordinary machine tool and vertical processing center is adopted.After optimization,the one-time clamping process scheme is adopted to realize the concentration of processing procedures,improve the processing flexibility,greatly shorten the production time and save the processing cost.Through the advantages of CTX1250TC turn milling compound machining machine tool,the stiffness of the process system is effectively improved,the cutting parameters are increased,and the high-efficiency finish machining of complex surfaces with special milling cutter is realized,which not only significantly improves the machining efficiency of workpieces,but also significantly improves the geometric accuracy of parts.The processing scheme provides processing technology reference for the production and manufacturing of other similar parts,and has certain popularization and application value.
