摘 要:根据松原市2018年5月28日5.7级地震和2019年5月18日5.1级地震中房屋基本概况,归纳震区砖木结构、单层砖混结构、土木结构和多层砖混结构的典型震害特征,计算各结构破坏比和平均震害指数,对震害成因进行分析。结果表明:土木房屋破坏最为严重,多层砖混结构能保证基本完好,在农村地区单层砖混结构房屋使用率高并且抗震能力较好。由于松原地区地震频发,基于本次房屋震害分析,可为当地房屋的抗震方法和策略提出建议,提高综合防灾减灾能力。We introduced the basic characteristic of brick-wood structure,single-layer brick-concrete structure,civil structure and multi-layer brick-concrete structure in the M 5.7 earthquake on May 28,2018 and M 5.1 earthquake on May 18,2019 in Songyuan City in field investigation,and summarized the typical seismic damage characteristics of four types buildings in earthquake affected areas.On the basis of it,we calculated the damage ratio and average earthquake damage index of each structure and analyzed the causes of earthquake damage.The results show that the most severely damaged are of the civil structure,and there is almost no damage to the multi-storey brick-concrete structure,while the utilization rate of the single-storey brick-concret structure in rural areas is high and the capability of seismic resistance of it is good.Because of Sonyuan City is frequently hit by earthquakes,the analysis on the seismic damage of two Songyuan earthquakes in this paper could offer suggestions for the capability of seismic resistance and comprehensively improve the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities.
