摘  要:突发自然灾害时,应急通信对抢险救灾工作至关重要。为了使基层救援队快速获取灾区的实际情况并安排下一步救援方案,设计并实现了基于网页实时通信(Web Real-Time Communication,WebRTC)的应急指挥调度系统,在救援现场通过服务级联的方式快速构建前后方通信指挥体系,通过采集终端实时获取现场位置及音视频信息并回传给指挥部。介绍了系统总体架构,对客户端、前方服务和后方服务进行了阐述,给出了各模块功能及软件实现方案。Emergency communication is crucial to rescue and relief work when there's a sudden natural disaster.In order to allow the grassroots rescue team to quickly obtain the actual situation of the disaster area,so as to quickly arrange the next rescue plan,a WebRTC-based emergency command and dispatching system is designed and implemented.The front and rear communication command systems are quickly constructed at the rescue site by means of service cascade,and through the acquisition terminal,location,audio and video information will be obtained in real time and sent back to the headquarters.Meanwhile,the overall architecture of the system is introduced,and the client,the front service and the rear service are expounded.Finally,the function of each module and the software implementation scheme are provided.
