摘　　要：针对石板选煤发电厂入洗原煤质量变差,重介改造使用的TBS粗煤泥分选机分选效率低、粗精煤泥质量不稳定而影响精煤产品质量的问题,决定采用分选精度和智能化程度更高的FBS粗煤泥分选机替换现有的TBS粗煤泥分选机,以降低粗精煤和尾煤产品中的错配率,从而提高精煤产率。In view of the deterioration quality of raw coal washed inShiban Coal Preparation Power Plant,the low sorting efficiency of TBS Coarse Slime Sorter used in the heavy medium transformation and the unstable quality of coarse and fine coal slime affect the quality of fine coal products.It is decided to adopt the FBS Coarse Slime Sorter with higher sorting accuracy and intelligence to replace the existing TBS Coarse Slime Sorter,so as to reduce the mismatch rate in the coarse fine coal and tailing coal products,thereby increasing the fine coal yield.
