新型卧式煤泥离心机在大屯选煤厂的应用

摘　　要：针对末精煤水分高的问题,大屯选煤厂采用1台筛篮转速高、脱水效果好的WLH1000型卧式煤泥离心机替代系统内原有1台LLL1200×650B型立式刮刀煤泥离心机,并对产品的水分、灰分进行检测、对比。结果显示,末精煤水分由13.70%降低到9.60%,灰分降低了1.23%,产品质量提升较大,改造效果良好,效益明显。In view of the problem of high moisture content of fine coal at the end of Datun Coal Preparation Plant,the WLH1000 new horizontal slime centrifuge is used to replace the old centrifuge,and after the implementation of the transformation,the moisture is reduced from 13.70%to 9.60%,the ash content is reduced by 1.23%,the application effect is good,and the working principle,main technical parameters and characteristics of the centrifuge are introduced.
