摘 要:目的结合儿童青少年血压和体质量指数现状,分析运动时间及频率、饮食结构与肥胖、超重的相关性,为预防儿童青少年超重与肥胖及高血压提供数据支持。方法采用整群抽样法从健康体检的6~15岁儿童青少年中随机抽取儿童青少年作为研究对象。比较不同性别、年龄组儿童青少年超重、肥胖、血压情况,分析血压与超重、肥胖相关性,采用调查问卷方式汇总儿童青少年运动时间及频率、饮食结构的情况,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析运动时间及频率、饮食结构与超重、肥胖的相关性。结果不同性别、年龄组的血压升高率、超重检出率、肥胖检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生血压升高率、超重检出率、肥胖检出率高于女生;不同体质指数情况(正常、超重、肥胖)间收缩压、舒张压分布的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组的儿童青少年不同体质指数情况和血压升高比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,饮食结构、运动时间及频率均可以显著影响超重和肥胖的发生(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年饮食结构、运动时间及频率与超重和肥胖发生有一定相关性。家庭、学校、社会应引导儿童青少年饮食认知水平,培养合理饮食及运动习惯,学校、家庭重视体育运动,增加儿童青少年运动量,可以有效预防儿童青少年超重和肥胖,从而预防和控制青少年血压升高,促进儿童青少年的健康成长。Objective Combined with the current status of blood pressure and physical fitness index in children and adolescents,the correlation of exercise time and frequency,dietary structure and obesity and overweight was analyzed,so as to provide data support for the prevention of overweight,obesity and hypertension in children and adolescents.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,children and adolescents were randomly selected from the children aged 6 to 15 years who attended the health examination as the study subjects.Observe the overweight,obesity and blood pressure of children and adolescents of different gender and age groups.Analysis of the correlation of blood pressure and overweight and obesity.The exercise time and frequency and diet structure of children and adolescents were summarized by questionnaires.And the correlation between exercise time and frequency,and diet structure and overweight and obesity was analyzed by the multiple Logistic.Results The differences in the rates of elevated blood pressure,overweight detection rate,and obesity detection rate in different gender and age groups are of statistical significance(P<0.05).Boys’rates of elevated blood pressure,the detection rate of overweight and obesity are higher than those of girls.The difference of systolic and diastolic pressure distribution between different mass index conditions(normal,overweight and obesity)has statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the different physical index and increased blood pressure,the differences are of statistical significance(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis results show those,diet structure,exercise time,and frequency can significantly affect the occurrence of overweight and obesity(P<0.05).Conclusion The dietary structure,exercise time and frequency of children and adolescents are related with the occurrence of overweight and obesity.Families,schools and society should guide the dietary and cognitive level and cultivate the reasonable diet and exercise habits of children and teenager
