摘  要:针对水稻育秧基质配制过程中常用原料泥炭资源的日益短缺以及菌菇企业日常生产过程中产生的大量有机菇渣废弃物需处理现状,本研究以不同体积菇渣替代泥炭进行水稻育秧基质配制,考察不同配方育秧基质培育的秧苗综合素质。结果表明,利用菇渣替代部分泥炭配制育秧基质可行性较强,其中替代体积为20%~30%时效果较优,与以泥炭为主要成分的育苗基质相比显著提高了水稻幼苗茎粗、叶宽等地上部农艺性状,增加了叶片叶绿素含量,促进了水稻根系生长。同时发现,水稻秧苗素质与育秧基质pH值成显著负相关关系,在育秧基质中添加适量的酸碱调节剂是十分必要的。During the preparation of rice seedling substrate,the scarcity of common raw materials of peat resources is increasing.A large amount of organic mushroom residue waste generated by mushroom production enterprises needs to be disposed.Aiming at the above status,this study used different volumes of mushroom residue instead of peat to prepare rice seedling substrate,and investigated the comprehensive quality of rice seedlings raised by different formulas of substrate.The results showed that it was feasible to use mushroom residue to replace part of peat for seedling substrate preparation,and the effect was better when the replacement volume was 20%-30%;compared with the substrate of peat,the above-ground agronomic traits such as stem thickness and leaf width of rice seedlings were significantly improved,the chlorophyll content of leaves increased,and the growth of rice roots was promoted.At the same time,it was found that the quality of rice seedlings was significantly negatively correlated with the pH value of the substrate,and it was necessary to add an appropriate amount of pH regulator to the seedling substrate.
