不同生根剂对白醋栗扦插的效果研究

摘　　要：本文以六年生生长良好的白醋栗为研究对象,应用2种生根剂,从不同处理时间、不同扦插方法以及不同枝条部位等方面对白醋栗基质扦插效果进行了系统研究。结果表明:白醋栗最佳扦插方法为全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插,在插穗较为充足的情况下,最好选用带顶芽插穗,应用根宝3号原液处理插穗5 min和用甘霖1号生根剂处理插穗10 s,扦插成活率分别可达到90%和96%。Taking 6-year-old white gooseberry strains that grew well as the research object,this paper applied two kinds of rooting agents to systematically study the substrate cutting effect of the white gooseberry in terms of different treatment time,different cutting methods and different parts of the branches.The results showed that the best cutting method for white gooseberry was full-light spraying twig cuttings.In the case of sufficient cuttings,it′s best to choose cuttings with top buds.Treated by Genbao 3 stock solution for 5 minutes or treated by Ganlin 1 rooting agent for 10 s,the cutting survival rate could reach 90%and 96%,respectively.
