数字普惠金融促进中国制造业就业规模增长和就业结构优化了吗?

摘　　要：从金融发展对制造业作用的角度出发,基于2010—2019年中国A股上市公司面板数据实证考察数字普惠金融对制造业企业就业的影响。研究发现:数字普惠金融通过缓解融资约束、提高创新能力和优化区域金融资源配置等渠道显著提高了制造业企业就业规模,并优化就业技能结构和岗位结构,而且该影响存在产权属性、行业和地区发展水平异质性。研究结论可为党和政府开展就业工作与进一步推动数字普惠金融发展提供相关启示。From the perspective of the effect of financial development on manufacturing enterprises and based on the panel data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2019,this paper empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance on the employment of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that digital inclusive finance can significantly increase the employment scale of manufacturing enterprises and optimize the employment skill structure and post structure by alleviating financing constraints,improving innovation capacity and optimizing regional financial resource allocation.Moreover,there has been the heterogeneity of property rights,industry and regional development level about this effect.This paper can provide relevant enlightenment for the Party and government to carry out employment work and further promote the development of digital inclusive finance.
