凉血五花汤洗剂雾化冷喷治疗血热型面部皮肤病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析凉血五花汤洗剂雾化冷喷治疗血热型面部皮肤病的疗效。方法 选取于2020年1月—2021年10月来我院皮肤科门诊就诊的60例符合标准的血热型面部皮肤病患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合治疗组和对照组,每组30例患者。对比两组患者治疗前与治疗1个疗程后疗效相关指标。结果 联合治疗组患者治疗前丘疹、脱屑、靶皮损面积、瘙痒积分及总积分与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗1个疗程后丘疹、脱屑、靶皮损面积、瘙痒积分及总积分与治疗前相比,均有明显改善(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗1个疗程后丘疹、脱屑、靶皮损面积、瘙痒积分及总积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),联合治疗组患者的治愈率为36.67%,明显高于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05);联合治疗组的显效率及好转率均高于对照组,但均无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合治疗组治疗无效率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合治疗组的总有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者治疗前紫质、红斑指数及红色区绝对分值与对照组相比,均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗1个疗程后紫质、红斑指数及红色区绝对分值与治疗前相比,均有明显改善(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗1个疗程后紫质、红斑指数及红色区绝对分值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 凉血五花汤洗剂雾化冷喷在治疗血热型面部皮肤病中的疗效确切,且创福康胶原贴敷料外敷联合中药凉血五花汤洗剂雾化冷喷相比于单用创福康胶原贴敷料外敷的治疗效果更为显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the curative effect of atomized cold spray lotion of Blood-Cooling Five-Flower Decoction in the treatment of blood-heat type facial dermatosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with blood-heat type facial dermatosis who were treated in the Department of Dermatology of Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected, and they were divided into a combined treatment group and a control group according to random number table, with 30 in each group. The efficacy-related indicators were compared between the two groups before treatment and after one course of treatment. Results The comparative analysis of the skin lesions and itching scores before treatment showed that the two groups had no significant difference in terms of papules, desquamation, and target skin lesion areas, itching score and total score before treatment(P>0.05). After one course of treatment, the papules, desquamation, and target skin lesion areas, itching score and total score were improved in both groups(P<0.05), with the combined treatment group having more obvious improvement than the control group(P<0.05). It was found that the cure rate of the combined treatment group was 36.67%, which was higher than 13.33% of the control group(P<0.05);the combined treatment group had higher marked effective rate and improvement rate than the control group, but without obvious difference;the ineffective rate of the combined treatment group was 3.33%, which was lower than 16.67% of the control group(P>0.05);the total effective rate was 80.00%, which was higher than 53.33% in the control group(P<0.05). The comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups indicated that there was no statistical significance in the absolute scores of purpurin, erythema index and red zone before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05);after one course of treatment, the absolute scores of purpurin, erythema index and red zone in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and th
