针刺联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压头痛(肝阳上亢证)的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压头痛(肝阳上亢证)的治疗效果。方法选择2021年1月—2021年12月至青岛市市北区辽源路街道社区卫生服务中心进行高血压头痛治疗的患者160例进行临床研究,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(80例)和观察组(80例)。对照组给予包括硝苯地平在内的常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后的头痛程度、头痛发作频率和持续时间、中医证候评分、血压变化及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛次数、头痛持续时间、中医证候评分及血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、头痛次数、头痛持续时间、中医证候评分及血压均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(90.00%,P<0.05)。结论针刺联合硝苯地平控释片对于高血压头痛(肝阳上亢证)具有很好的临床疗效,不仅能够缓解患者头痛等临床症状,还能够进一步稳定其血压,且治疗手段方便,有利于基层医院应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets on hypertensive headache(syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang).Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertensive headaches in the Community Health Service Center,Liaoyuan Road Street,Shibei District,Qingdao from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected for the clinical study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(80 cases)and an observation group(80 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment including nifedipine,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment based on the control group.The headache degree,frequency,and duration,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,changes in blood pressure,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the visual analogue score(VAS),headache frequency and duration,TCM syndrome scores,and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS,headache frequency and duration,TCM syndrome scores,and blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lowered(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets has a good clinical effect on hypertensive headache(syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang),which relieves the clinical symptoms of patients with headache,and further stabilizes their blood pressure.Moreover,the treatment method is convenient to apply in grass-roots hospitals.
