白芍-甘草药对及其主要成分抗缺血性脑卒中作用的研究进展

摘　　要：白芍-甘草药对最早出现在东汉时期,两者搭配,酸甘化阴,解痉镇痛,应用广泛。现代研究表明,该药对及其主要成分对缺血性脑卒中及多种缺血损伤具有良好的生物活性,但其作用机制尚不明确。该文总结中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)等数据库近五年中外文献,从药材挖掘、化学成分、药理活性、药效及作用机制研究等方面对白芍-甘草药对及其主要成分治疗缺血性脑卒中进行综述,并对其进一步研究进行了展望,以期为白芍-甘草药对在治疗缺血性脑卒中方面的开发和临床应用提供参考依据。The Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)(PRA-GR)drug pair was first recorded in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The sour and sweet in the drug pair can transform into yin for spasmolysis and analgesia and it has been widely applied.Modern studies have shown that the drug pair and its main components have good biological activities on ischemic stroke and multiple ischemic injuries,but the mechanism of action remains unclear.This paper summarized the research articles in CNKI,Pub Med,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)in the past five years,reviewed the effects of PRA-GR drug pair and its main components on ischemic stroke from drug mining,chemical components,pharmacological activity,efficacy,and mechanism,and predicted the prospect of its further exploration,in order to provide references for the development and clinical application of PRA-GR drug pair in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
