摘  要:Z源逆变器能够克服升压与逆变不兼容的缺点,但其升压能力却受逆变电路中调制因子的限制,不能充分发挥其优势。而现有改进技术在提高升压的同时,相应地增加了器件的耐压等级与成本,针对这一不足,通过结合电源嵌入式的改进思路,提出了一种具有高增益、高容错性能的电源嵌入式开关电感Z源逆变器拓扑。与Z源逆变器相比,电源嵌入式开关电感Z源逆变器的升压能力不仅得到大幅提高,还具有更加严格的对称结构,并且降低了电容应力与启动时的冲击电流,从而减小了逆变器的成本和体积。除此之外,还可在光伏发电系统中运行于单电源开路、短路以及双电源电压不平衡等工况中。最后搭建了其光伏并网仿真模型,并在StarSim HIL实验平台进行了验证,实验结果验证了逆变器的正确性与可实现性,能够更有效地完成并网逆变工作。The Z-source inverter can overcome the shortcomings of incompatibility between boost and inverter,but its boost capability is limited by the modulation factor in the inverter circuit and cannot give full play to its advantages.While the existing improved technology increases the boost capacity,the withstand voltage level and cost of the device are correspondingly raised.In response to this shortcoming,by combining the improvement ideas of power embedded,a high gain and high fault tolerance performance were proposed,which is power supply embedded switching inductor Z-source inverter topology.Compared with Z-source inverter,the boost capacity of power supply embedded switching inductance Z-source inverter is not only greatly improved,but also has a more strict symmetrical structure,and reduces the capacitive stress and impulse current at startup,thus reducing the cost and volume of the inverter.In addition,it can also operate in the photovoltaic power generation system under some adverse conditions such as single power supply open circuit,short circuit and dual power supply voltage imbalance.Finally,the photovoltaic grid-connected simulation model was built and verified on the StarSim HIL experimental platform.The experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the inverter,and the grid-connected inverter can be completed more effectively.
