摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革工作稳步推进,国家对公立医院的建设和管理提出了新的要求,从医院管理实际入手,以提高监督效能,探索行之有效的同级监督途径为目的,通过教育监督、制度建设、风险防控、专项督查和预警机制五个方面同向发力,建立医院同级监督体系,有效防范廉政风险隐患,为医院党风廉政建设向纵深发展提供有力的监督保障。With work steadily push forward pharmaceutical and health care system reform,the state of public hospital construction and management puts forward new requirements,from the practice of the management of the hospital,in order to improve the supervision efficiency,explore effective supervision way at the same level as the goal,through the construction of education supervision,system,risk control and prevention,synthetic specific inspection and early warning mechanism five aspects,establish a supervision system,and at the same level hospital Effectively prevent the risks and hidden dangers of clean government,for the hospital party conduct clean government construction to provide a strong supervision and guarantee for the in-depth development.
