摘 要:近年来,医疗纠纷屡见不鲜,妥善化解医患矛盾成为医院管理者的目的之一,分析纠纷发生的内在原因,防范纠纷的发生进而促进医院的健康发展是为根本。文章旨在通过分析南通市某肿瘤医院2016—2021年纠纷处理四种方式(院内调解、医调调解、卫生局调解、法院判决)的发生例数的占比变化和发生趋势,讨论纠纷发生的特点和原因,进而探讨纠纷处理方式发生转变的原因。In recent years,medical disputes are common,and it has become one of the aims of hospital managers to properly resolve doctor-patient conflicts.It is fundamental to analyze the internal causes of disputes,prevent the occurrence of disputes and promote the healthy development of hospitals.It is fundamental to analyze the internal causes of disputes,prevent disputes and promote the healthy development of hospitals.This paper aims to discuss the characteristics and causes of disputes by analyzing the proportion change and occurrence trend of four dispute handling methods(in-hospital mediation,medical mediation,health bureau mediation,court judgment) in a cancer hospital in Nantong City from 2016 to 2021,and then explore the reasons for the change of dispute handling methods.
