摘  要:先进医疗设备在临床诊疗活动中的广泛应用显著提高了医院的诊疗水平,但由于医疗设备价格昂贵、更新周期短的特点,也使得医院的运行成本不断上涨。如何科学有效地进行医疗设备运行成本管理是当前医院管理的热门话题。开展动态的医疗设备运行成本优化管理不仅有利于提高设备使用率,避免医疗资源浪费,也有利于实现现代医院高质量可持续发展。本研究将动态规划算法引入到设备效益管理中来,提出优化医疗设备动态规划购置更新的相关模型,利用数学模型实现设备管理的科学性、合理性,为优化成本管理提供量值依据,实现经济效益和社会效益最大化。The wide application of advanced medical equipment in clinical diagnosis and treatment activities has significantly improved the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment level.However,due to the high price of medical equipment and the short update cycle,the operating cost of the hospital has also continued to rise.How to manage the operating cost of medical equipment in a scientifical and effective way is a hot topic in current hospital management.Carrying out dynamic management of medical equipment operating cost optimization is not only conducive to improving the utilization rate of equipment and avoiding the waste of medical resources,but also conducive to the realization of high-quality and sustainable development of modern hospitals.This research introduces the dynamic programming algorithm into the equipment benefit management,proposes a relevant model for optimizing the dynamic planning,purchasing and updating of medical equipment,uses the mathematical model to realize the scientificity and rationality of the equipment management,provides a quantitative basis for optimizing the cost management,and realizes the economical Maximize benefits and social benefits.
