摘　　要：目的 解决康复诊疗过程中手工书写及康复治疗信息沟通、反馈不及时问题。方法 通过分析梳理康复诊疗流程、业务特点,建立符合当下的信息化运营流程。结果 经论证,该系统除了可以优化康复医学科住院和门诊康复治疗流程外,还可以辅助科研、教学和运营管理分析。结论 康复信息化系统的设计,需考虑的内在及外在因素较多,需深入调研,综合考量后制定。Objective To solve the problems of manual writing and delayed communication and feedback of rehabilitation treatment information in the process of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.Methods Through analyzing and sorting out the rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment process and business characteristics,an information-based operation process in line with the current situation was established.Results After demonstration,the system can not only optimize the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation treatment process of rehabilitation medicine department,but also assist in scientific research,teaching and operation management analysis.Conclusion There are many internal and external factors that need to be considered in the design of rehabilitation information system,which need to be formulated after in-depth investigation and comprehensive consideration.
