摘 要:目的 探讨并分析精细化管理在某三甲医院员工体检工作中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年与2022年南方医科大学珠江医院员工体检情况,对实施健康体检精细化管理前后的员工体检未检率与弃检率进行对比。结果 实施精细化管理后,单位体检的未检率由11.7%降至6.9%,血液检查弃检率由9.8%降至7.0%,尿检弃检率由20.1%降至16.5%,心电图弃检率由17.9%降至9.0%,DR弃检率由30.8%降至14.1%,五官科弃检率由30.6%降至12.5%,超声弃检率由11.4%降至7.1%,血压弃检率由23.2%降至9.8%,相对于精细化管理前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将精细化管理模式应用于健康体检中,能有效降低体检弃检率,最大程度服务于员工,更好地促进医院员工的身心健康,为医院发展与进步提供重要保障。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of refined management of physical examination on the abandonment rate of physical examination in a third grade a hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the physical examination of staff in Zhujiang Hospital in 2021 and 2022,and a comparison was made between the rate of undetected and the rate of abandoned examination before and after the implementation of refined management of physical examination.Results After the implementation of refined management,the unchecked rate of unit physical examination dropped from 11.7% to 6.9%,the rejection rate of blood test dropped from 9.8% to 7.0%,the rejection rate of urine test dropped from 20.1% to 16.5%,and the rejection rate of electrocardiogram dropped from 17.9% dropped to 9.0%,DR dropped from 30.8% to 14.1%,ENT dropped from 30.6% to 12.5%,ultrasound dropped from 11.4% to 7.1%,blood pressure dropped from 23.2 % decreased to 9.8%,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before refined management(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management mode in physical examination effectively reduces the rate of physical examination abandonment,serves the staff to the maximum extent;It better promotes the physical and mental health of hospital staff,which provides an important guarantee for the development and progress of the hospital.
