推动医院科技成果转化的策略分析

摘　　要：结合目前部分医院存在的成果转化面临的困境,从医院组织体系、人才队伍及评价体系三个方面,阐述促进医学创新及医院科技成果转化的具体措施。医院应以国家科技政策为导向并结合自身切实情况,建立健全科技成果转化组织体系,加强各类人才队伍的建设以及充分完善“第三方科技标准化评价体系”为主的医院科技成果转化体系。建立合理科学的医院科技成果转化措施对于促进医学科技成果转化、推动医院医疗水平的进步及促进国家医疗卫生事业的创新性快速发展起着重要的作用。Combining with the difficulties existing in the transformation of achievements in hospitals,this paper expounds the specific measures to promote medical innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements from three aspects of hospital system,talent team and evaluation system.The hospitals should take the national science and technology policies as the guidance and combine with their own actual situation to establish the organization system of scientific and technological achievements transformation,strengthen the construction of talent team,and improve “the third party evaluation system of scientific and technological standardization”.The reasonable and scientific hospital transformation strategies play an important role in promoting the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements,improving the progress of hospital level and enhancing the innovative and rapid development of national medical and health undertakings.
