摘 要:低温控轧工艺因其精控、节能等特点在各大钢厂得到迅速发展。普通硬质合金辊环在低温控轧工艺下使用,工作寿命缩短,并易出现裂纹、掉块等现象,成为低温控轧工艺推行过程中亟待解决的技术难题。本文通过对轧制工况和现有硬质合金辊环失效形式的分析,提出了适用于该工艺下硬质合金辊环应具备的性能。并基于此,开发出了YGA系列高品质硬质合金辊环,相比普通硬质合金辊环,其硬度HRA和抗弯强度分别提高1.5和300 MPa。经过现场轧制使用,其工作寿命提高80%以上,轧槽表面状况良好。Low temperature controlled rolling(LTCC) technology has been developed rapidly in major steel mills because of its fine control and energy-saving characteristics. When ordinary cemented carbide roll rings are used in the LTCC process, their operating life will be shortened, and cracks, block falling, and other phenomena are prone to occur, which has become a technical problem requiring prompt solutions in the application of the LTCC process. In this paper, the required properties of cemented carbide roll rings for this process were put forward upon the analysis of the rolling conditions and the failure forms of the existing cemented carbide roll rings. On this basis, the high-quality cemented carbide roll rings of the YGA series were developed. Compared with the results of ordinary cemented carbide roll rings, their hardness and transverse rupture strength(TRS) are increased by 1.5 HRA and 300 MPa, respectively. After field rolling, their operating life is increased by more than 80%, and the groove surface is in good condition.
