摘  要:隧道突发水害具有量大势猛的特点,注浆技术是解决隧道突发水害的主要技术,而聚氨酯注浆材料处治隧道突发水害则具有先天优势。本文在普通聚氨酯的基础上加入粉煤灰、炉底渣、电石渣等固体废弃物,并辅以水泥、碱激发剂等制备地聚物胶凝材料,通过调控各组分的比例及固废掺量使得体系同时存在聚氨酯和地聚物,形成聚氨酯复合注浆材料。借助表观密度测定仪、微机控制电子万能试验机、扫描电镜综合分析聚氨酯复合注浆材料物理性能和力学特性,以揭示聚氨酯复合注浆材料的固化机理,评价聚氨酯复合注浆材料在隧道突发水害特别是突水突泥病害中应用的可行性。结果表明,聚氨酯复合注浆材料的密度为0.2g/cm^(3)-0.8g/cm^(3),抗压强度为3.9MPa-15.0MPa,渗透系数均处于10cm/s数量级,聚氨酯发泡后部分粉煤灰、炉底渣、电石渣填充聚氨酯复合注浆材料泡沫孔隙,部分粉煤灰、炉底渣、电石渣相互之间发生化学反应生成地聚物胶凝材料,从而增强聚氨酯复合注浆材料的力学特性。由于粉煤灰、炉底渣、电石渣活性较差,地聚物固化速率较慢,因此会降低聚氨酯复合注浆材料整体的固化速度,延长固化时间。The sudden water damage in the tunnel has the characteristics of large quantity and great potential.The grouting technology is the main technology to solve the sudden water damage in the tunnel,and the polyurethane grouting material has an inherent advantage in treating the sudden water damage in the tunnel.In this paper,solid wastes such as fly ash,furnace bottom slag,carbide slag,etc.are added to ordinary polyurethane,supplemented by cement,alkali activator,etc.to prepare geopolymer cementitious materials.By adjusting the proportion of each component and the solid waste The dosage makes the system coexist with polyurethane and geopolymer to form a polyurethane composite grouting material.The physical properties and mechanical properties of polyurethane composite grouting materials were comprehensively analyzed with the help of apparent density tester,microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,and scanning electron microscope to reveal the curing mechanism of polyurethane composite grouting materials and evaluate polyurethane composite grouting materials.The feasibility of applying grouting materials to sudden water damage in tunnels,especially water and mud inrush diseases.The results show that the density of the polyurethane composite grouting material is 0.2g/cm^(3)-0.8g/cm^(3),the compressive strength is 3.9MPa-15.0MPa,and the permeability coefficient is in the order of 10cm/s.Part of the fly ash after polyurethane foaming,furnace bottom slag and carbide slag fill the foam pores of polyurethane composite grouting materials,and some fly ash,furnace bottom slag and carbide slag chemically react with each other to form geopolymer cementitious materials,thereby enhancing the mechanics of polyurethane composite grouting materials.characteristic.Due to the poor activity of fly ash,furnace bottom slag and carbide slag,the solidification rate of the geopolymer is slow,which will reduce the overall solidification speed of the polyurethan
