摘 要:结合外界磁场辅助,利用电火花线切割的方式加工烧结钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁材料,进行试验研究,利用正交实验设计,探究峰值电流(I_max)、脉冲宽度(Pul_on)、脉冲间隔比(Pratio)对表面粗糙度(Ra)以及材料去除率(MRR)的最大影响因素,并得到其最优组合。在同等加工条件下,添加磁场辅助后再次加工,并记录每个样件加工时间,计算其材料去除率。利用粗糙度测量仪对有无磁场辅助加工的工件表面粗糙度进行测量,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察被加工工件表面的显微形貌并分析其面总能谱。研究实验结果发现,在磁场辅助下被加工工件表面粗糙度得到明显改善且材料去除率也有所提高。With the assistance of magnetic field,WEDM cutting is used to conduct experimental research on the processing technology of sintered neodymium iron boron(NdFeB).First,an orthogonal test is designed to investigate the main electrical parameters such as pulse width,pulse interval ratio,and peak current which is the greatest influence of the material removal rate(MRR)and surface roughness(Ra),and the optimal combination of electrical parameters is obtained.Under the same processing conditions,processing is performed after the addition of a magnetic field.The surface roughness of the workpiece with or without magnetic field processing is measured with a roughness measuring instrument.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)with energy spectrum analysis is used to observe the microstructure of the processed surface topography and analysis of total surface energy spectrum.The results of research experiments found that the surface roughness of the workpiece being processed is significantly reduced and the material removal rate is also improved with the assistance of a magnetic field.
