内燃机缸套表面织构对油膜承载能力的影响

摘　　要：为了研究内燃机缸套织构的存在对滑动表面油膜承载能力的作用,设计了圆形、正方形、椭圆形以及菱形这4种不同造型的表面织构,采用fluent分析了在相同的面积率、深度以及表面滑动速度的情形下这4种形状各异的表面织构的油膜承载性能,发现在低、中速时不同形状的织构油膜承载能力差别不大;在高速的时候圆形织构油膜的承载能力最强。针对圆形织构,探讨高速时织构的直径、深度对其油膜承载能力的作用;结果表明:当织构的深度小于24μm左右,织构的直径越大织构油膜承载能力越强,而当织构凹坑的深度大于24μm左右,织构的直径越大油膜承载能力越弱;整体上在一定的深度范围内,油膜承载能力随着织构深度的增加呈现递减的趋势。深度对油膜承载力的作用与直径对油膜承载力的作用互相影响。In order to study the influence of the surface texture of the cylinder liner on the carrying capacity of the oil film between the sliding surfaces,the surface textures with four different shapes,such as round,square,ellipse and diamond are designed.Oil film carrying capacity of the four different shapes of surface texture at the same diameter,depth and surface sliding speed were analyzed by using fluent software,it is found that the carrying capacity of different shapes of texture is not much different at low and medium speeds;the carrying capacity of circular texture is strongest at high speed.For the circular texture,the influence of the diameter and depth of the texture on the carrying capacity of the oil film at high speed is discussed.The results show that when the depth of the texture is less than 24μm,the larger the texture diameter,the stronger the carrying capacity of the oil film.When the depth of the texture is greater than 24μm,the larger the diameter of the texture,the smaller the carrying capacity of the oil film.The overall carrying capacity of the oil film tends to decrease with the increase of the texture depth within a certain depth range.The effect of depth and diameter on the carrying capacity of the oil film interacts each other.
