摘 要:切削温度是切削机理研究的重要内容,对刀具磨损和加工表面质量具有决定性的影响,同时影响切屑形态和工件变形。目前切削测温的方法有很多,但各种方法有各自的优缺点和适用场合,很难直接准确地测量切削区温度。为了能够准确测温,并对深入开展切削温度研究产生一定指导意义,首先介绍了目前常用的几种切削温度测量方法,其次综述了各种测温方法在切削实验中的应用现状,讨论它们的优缺点及存在的问题,最后指出了其未来的发展方向。Cutting temperature is an important part of cutting mechanism research,which has a decisive impact on tool wear and surface quality,as well as chip shape,workpiece deformation and machined surface quality.At present,there are many methods of cutting temperature measurement,but each method has its own characteristics and application occasions.And the cutting zone temperature is difficult to measured directly and accurately.In order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement and to have significance guiding for further research on cutting temperature,the principles of several commonly used methods for metal cutting temperature measurement is summarized firstly.Then,the current research status is summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of cutting temperature measurement are analyzed.Finally,the existing problems are discussed and the development directions of cutting temperature measurement methods are pointed out.
