摘　　要：通过对国内外农业工程学科与农机专业发展及趋势进行分析的基础上,探讨了我国“双一流”建设背景下地方高等农业院校农机专业人才培养所面临的机遇与挑战,提出了以地方特色农业产业发展的人才需求为引领,强调与相关基础学科的交叉与融合,优化地方高校农机专业人才培养方案,建立多元化、多层次、多类型适应我国区域特色发展的农机人才培养模式。Based on the analysis of the development and trend of agricultural engineering subject and agricultural machinery major at home and abroad,the opportunities and challenges faced by talent training of agricultural machinery in local agricultural universities under the background of Double First-Class Construction in China are discussed.It is proposed in this paper that taking the talent demand of the development of local characteristic agricultural industry as the guide,a diversified,multi-level and multi-type agricultural machinery talent training model that adapts to the development of regional characteristics in China should be established,strengthening the intersection and integration with relevant basic subjects,and optimizing the training program of agricultural machinery major in local universities.
