韩国竞技跆拳道人才培养的经验借鉴和启示

摘　　要：韩国是跆拳道运动的发源地,在韩国政府和国民的大力支持下,跆拳道运动迅速在韩国发展,并涌现出一大批优秀竞技跆拳道人才。本文运用文献资料法,深入分析韩国竞技跆拳道人才的培养机制、竞赛机制和管理机制,了解韩国最前沿的竞技跆拳道人才培养的情况,旨在为进一步优化我国竞技跆拳道人才培养模式提供参考,也为我国建设先进的竞技跆拳道人才队伍打下理论基础。建议:结合我国实际情况合理借鉴韩国竞技跆拳道人才培养的成功经验,在竞技跆拳道人才培养过程中发挥学校的主阵地作用,与社会跆拳道馆协同培养竞技跆拳道人才;加大赛事的举办与管控,以赛事促进交流与创新;发挥跆拳道团体的力量,培养高质量竞技跆拳道人才。启示:我国在竞技跆拳道人才培养的过程中应顺应时代发展,培养具有中国特色的竞技跆拳道人才;完善培养思想,形成竞技跆拳道人才发展的内在动力。South Korea is the birthplace of taekwondo.With strong support from the government and the people,taekwondo has taken root and grown rapidly in South Korea.With advanced technology and ideas,a large number of excellent competitive taekwondo talents has been cultivated.By using the method of literature review,this paper presents an in-depth analysis of South Korean mechanisms of training,competition and management of competitive taekwondo talents,and an all-round understanding of South Korean cutting-edge competitive taekwondo talents training.The paper aims to provide reference for further optimization of China’s training mode of competitive Taekwondo talents and lay a theoretical basis for building a top team of competitive taekwondo of China.Based on the present situation,we can reasonably draw upon the successful experience of South Korea’s competitive taekwondo talent training.Schools play a leading role in the training of competitive taekwondo talents,and private taekwondo training providers performs a supporting part.We can host more competition events to promote exchanges and innovation,encourage groups of the taekwondo community to engage in the training of competitive taekwondo talents.South Korea’s unique competitive taekwondo talent training sheds a light on us that we should adapt to the development of the times and cultivate competitive taekwondo talents with Chinese characteristics,and improve training thoughts and build intrinsic motivation and driving force of competitive taekwondo talent development.
