摘 要:研究目的:探讨肥胖对大学生动态平衡的影响及其与膝关节的等速肌力的关系。研究方法:选取在校大学生38名,根据体脂率分为肥胖组和对照组,运用IsoMed2000测试膝关节在60°/s时向心和离心模式下屈、伸肌等速肌力、Y型平衡测试仪测试动态平衡能力。结果表明:①肥胖大学生膝关节屈肌离心峰力矩、屈肌向心、离心相对峰力矩、伸肌向心相对峰力矩小于对照组(P<0.05);②肥胖大学生下肢Y平衡测试综合得分较低,前侧、后内侧得分低于对照组(P<0.05);③Y-BT左侧支撑时,前侧得分与屈肌向心PT呈中度正相关、后外侧得分与屈肌离心PT、伸肌向心PT呈中度正相关、综合值与Hc:Qe呈中度正相关;Y-BT右侧支撑时,综合值与Hc:Qe呈中度正相关(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖会造成大学生的动态平衡能力及双侧下肢动态平衡能力不对称,产生以上现象的原因可能是由于膝关节屈、伸肌相对峰力矩低以及主动肌与拮抗肌不对称性所造成的。OBJECTIVE:This paper investigates the effect of obesity on dynamic balance and its relationship with isometric muscle strength of the knee joint in college students.METHODS:Thirty-eight college students were selected and divided into obese and control groups according to body fat percentage.The IsoMed2000 was used to test the isometric muscle force of flexor and extensor muscles at 60°/s in centripetal and centrifugal modes in the knee joint,and the Y-balance tester to test dynamic balance.RESULTS:(a)the peak moments of flexor centrifugal,flexor centripetal,centrifugal relative peak moments of knee,and extensor centripetal relative peak moments of knee were smaller in obese college students than in the control group(P<0.05);(b)the overall scores of Y-balance test of lower limbs were lower in obese college students,and the scores of anterior and posterior medial were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);(c)when Y-BT was supported on the left side,the scores of anterior side and flexor centripetal PT were moderate positive correlation,postero-lateral score was moderately positively correlated with flexor centripetal PT and extensor centripetal PT,and the composite value was moderately positively correlated with Hc:Qe;when the Y-BT was supported on the right side,the composite value was moderately positively correlated with Hc:Qe(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Obesity affects the dynamic balance ability and the asymmetry of bilateral lower limb dynamic balance ability in college students,and the reasons for the above phenomena may be the low relative peak moments of knee flexors and extensors and the asymmetry of active and antagonistic muscles in obese college students.
