武术操与广播操适用于中小学课间锻炼内容的比较研究

摘　　要：在武术进校园和“双减”政策发布的背景下,为更好地了解武术操开展现状以及在中小学间的受欢迎程度,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对烟台市10所中小学的体育教师与学生进行调查,针对“武术操”和“广播操”的教学基础保障、动作技术、活动评价以及教学操作进行对比研究,得出结论:“武术操”在树立民族自豪感以及防身自卫等作用和学生喜爱度等方面均优于广播体操,仅在音乐节奏感方面稍弱一些。研究认为武术操较为适合作为课间锻炼内容。In the context of the promulgation of the policy of Starting Wushu Exercise on Campus and the“double reduction”policy,this paper presents a study of the physical education(P.E.)teachers and students from ten primary and secondary schools in Yantai by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire.This paper presents a comparative study of the basic necessities for teaching and learning,movements and techniques,event assessment as well as teaching and learning operation between“on-campus Wushu exercise”and“radio callisthenics”,with an aim for a better understanding of the current situation of on-campus Wushu exercise and its popularity in primary and secondary schools.The study arrives at the conclusion that“on-campus Wushu exercise”is stronger than radio callisthenics in enhancing sense of pride in our nation,strengthening self-defense and popularity among students.It is merely slightly weaker in the aspect of musical rhythm but better than radio callisthenics in all the other aspects.Therefore,the researcher believes that on-campus Wushu exercise is more suitable as recess physical exercise.
