摘  要:本文运用文献资料法对当前“混合式教学”模式下体育课的研究现状进行分析和总结,提出了“创、教、思、练、评”五位一体育人方式。经过长期的应用和总结,发现:“创、教、思、练、评”五位一体育人方式能够有效提高教师的教学质量和学生的综合能力。“创、教、思、练、评”五位一体育人方式的提出和成功应用能够有效解决当前体育教育工作中的不足,深化信息化教学建设的变革与完善,对体育领域的工作者具有很好的借鉴作用。By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current status of research on physical education(P.E.)based on the Blended Learning model,and puts forward the five-in-one educational approach of“creation,teaching,thinking,training and assessment”.Long-term application and summary of the study has found that the five-in-one educational approach can effectively improve the teaching quality and the comprehensive ability of students.The proposal and successful application of the five-in-one educational approach can effectively make up for the deficiencies in the current P.E.work and deepen the reform and improvement of information-based teaching and learning.The study can serve as a reference for peers in the field of sports.
