摘 要:为对比排球与健身气功·五禽戏教学训练对大学生社交焦虑的改善效果,本文运用问卷调查法及实验法对79名大学生进行调查并干预。研究分为实验1组、实验2组,分别使用交往焦虑量表、交流恐惧自陈量表和社交回避及苦恼量表进行测试。结果表明:12周的中等强度排球教学训练与健身气功·五禽戏教学训练均可有效改善大学生的社交焦虑水平,且干预时间越长效果越显著;在干预过程中,小组间合作能够提供给学生间更多的交流交往机会,有效帮助学生提高交流水平和交往能力;增添集体性项目的趣味性,让学生体会到运动乐趣,能够使学生提高参与运动的内在动力,进而使交往焦虑得到改善。The study compares the effects of volleyball and training of Wu Qin Xi(Five Animal Frolics)Qigong Health Exercise on the relief of college students’social anxiety by a questionnaire survey and an experiment on 79 college students.Experimental Groups 1 and 2 were tested using the Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS),the Personal Report of Communication Apprehension(PRCA)and the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SADS).Conclusions are that(a)12-week moderate-intensity volleyball training and Wu Qin Xi training could both effectively decrease the social anxiety level of college students,and the longer the intervention,the more effective it was;(b)In the process of intervention,teamwork provided more opportunities for intercommunication and interaction between students,and has effectively helped students improve their communication skills;and(c)more fun in group projects or allowing students to experience the joy of sports has propelled intrinsic motivation in playing sports,thus easing social anxiety.
