The Effects of Harmoknee Warm-up Programs on the Jumping and Coordination Abilities of College Students Specialized in Basketball

摘  要:目的:探究HarmoKnee热身对高校男子篮球专项大学生跳跃和协调能力的影响,以期用于指导篮球训练的热身活动。方法:24名高校男子篮球专项大学生随机分为实验组(n=12)和对照组(n=12),实验组接受为期10周的HarmoKnee热身(每周3次,每次20-25分钟),对照组采用传统的热身练习。运动员的跳跃能力采用SmartJump便携式跳跃测试系统、协调能力运用哈勒循环测试(HCT)进行评价。结果:HarmoKnee热身后男子篮球专项大学生的跳跃高度和HCT用时明显优于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),而传统热身训练后运动员的跳跃高度和HCT用时并无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:高校男子篮球专项大学生通过HarmoKnee热身能够有效提高跳跃和协调能力。OBJECTIVE:The study aims to explore the effects of HarmoKnee warm-up programs on the jumping and coordination ability of college men’s basketball students,so as to guide the warm-up activities of basketball training.METHODS:24 male basketball college students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=12)and control group(n=12).The experimental group had Harmoknee warm-up for 10 weeks(three times a week,20-25 minutes each time),while the control group had traditional warm-up exercises.The jumping ability of the athletes was evaluated by the SmartJump portable jumping test system,and the coordination ability was evaluated by the Haller Cycle Test(HCT).RESULTS:The jumping height and HCT time of men’s basketball special college students after warm-up by Harmoknee were significantly better than those before experiment and control group(P<0.05),while the jumping height and HCT time of athletes after traditional warm-up training had no significant change(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:College men’s basketball students can effectively improve their jumping and coordination ability by warming up with Harmoknee.
