摘　　要：目的:观察邵氏无痛手法、颈椎牵引、手法整复及中药热敷治疗脊源性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取郑州市颈肩腰腿痛医院2020年4月至2021年4月诊治的脊源性心律失常患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予针灸配合中药热敷治疗,治疗组给予邵氏无痛手法、颈椎牵引、手法整复及中药热敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后颈背部酸痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、心悸、胸闷、气短评分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为80.00%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分、心悸、胸闷、气短等评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率为50.00%,治疗组复发率为15.38%,治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:邵氏无痛手法、颈椎牵引、手法整复及中药热敷治疗脊源性心律失常,能改善患者临床症状,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Master Shao′s painless manipulation and cervical traction and manual reduction and TCM hot compress on spinal arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with spinal arrhythmia diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou Neck-Shoulder-Waist-Leg Pain Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with TCM hot compress,while the treatment group was treated with Master Shao′s painless manipulation and cervical traction and manual reduction and TCM hot compress.The clinical efficacy,the recurrence rate and the changes of visual analogue score(VAS),palpitation,chest tightness and shortness of breath before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group:80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group after treatment,such as palpitation,chest tightness and shortness of breath,were lower than those of same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the control group was 50.00%,while that of the treatment group was 15.38%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Master Shao′s painless manipulation and cervical traction and manual reduction and TCM hot compress in the treatment of spinal arrhythmia can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
