数据挖掘在银屑病中医诊疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：常用的数据挖掘技术大致可分为频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析及其他分析等,利用该技术可研究银屑病中医证候发展规律,总结临床各医家的辨证规律,归纳名老中医的学术思想特点和临床用药经验,在银屑病辨证论治规律各方面均发挥着积极重要的作用。此外,在针灸的循经取穴、辨证取穴、局部取穴规律方面,数据挖掘技术亦为筛选针灸治疗银屑病的统一规范性、科学性提供依据和技术支撑。但是,目前现有的数据挖掘技术处理软件方法较为单一,挖掘精度与深度不够,今后,需对多种数据挖掘技术进行整合并加以创新运用,使之更好地服务于临床。The commonly used data mining technology can be roughly divided into frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other analysis.Using this technology,we can study the development law of TCM syndromes of psoriasis,summarize the syndrome differentiation law of various clinical doctors,and the academic thought characteristics and clinical medication experience of famous and old TCM doctors.It plays a positive and important role in all aspects of the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.In addition,in terms of the law of acupoint selection along meridians,acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation and local acupoint selection,the data mining technology also provides the basis and technical support for screening the unified standardization and scientificity of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of psoriasis.However,at present,the existing data mining technology processing software method is relatively single,and the mining accuracy and depth are not enough.In the future,it is necessary to integrate and innovate a variety of data mining technologies to make them better serve the clinical practice.
